School Days coming to a close

I love June with it's tempermental weather, sunshine one day, rain the next....it keeps us guessing and keeps us being flexible. As we draw near to closing our "official" school year down, we are anticipating the summer lifestyle of learning that we do naturally around here. With farm chores and projects and rearranging rooms and landscaping, we have plenty to do and yet fit "down time" in quite often as well.

This summer we are raising sheep, pigs and chickens for the freezer besides the beef and eggs that happen all year long. My flower gardens are going crazy with this Minnesota weather of heat and then tons of rain. I love the "Country Garden" look and am so pleased with how it's turning out. Hopefully pix to follow soon.
